Joshs research spans employee well-being, labour market dynamics, the gig economy, minimum wages, skill shortages, and the consequences of disruptive technologies. Through his research and collaborations, Josh is pioneering approaches and policies that deliver decent employment and equality in the future of work. Associate Professor Healy's other contributions include high-impact reports for government and industry, journal editorial responsibilities, extensive teaching experience, and expert commentary on workplaces and the future of work in radio and print media. Josh is currently an Associate Editor of Labour and Industry: a journal of the economic and social relations of work and an Editorial Board member for several other leading international journals.
