Leanne Cruden

Principal Adviser – Workplace Relations & Policy, Australian Industry Group

Leanne is a workplace and industrial relations lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry spanning private practice, in-house and employer association roles. 

During her career, Leanne has worked across the full breadth of workplace and industrial matters and gained deep experience within a range of sectors including social and community services, the fast food industry, childcare, manufacturing and mining services.

In her current role with the Australian Industry Group, Leanne is involved in major test cases before the Fair Work Commission as well as providing advice to employers on the full breadth of workplace relations issues in her capacity as a Legal Practitioner Director of Australian Industry Group Legal.
