Michelle is the Group Manager of the Regulatory Transformation Group at the Fair Work Ombudsman and Chief AI Officer. She currently leads the FWO’s criminal investigation jurisdiction, regulatory intelligence, data analytics, strategic reporting and technology capabilities and the implementation of the FWO’s Data and AI Strategies. Michelle previously led the Fair Work Ombudsman’s compliance and enforcement functions relating to large corporate entities and has held senior corporate and legal roles in the Fair Work Ombudsman including as a litigator. Michelle has over 23 years’ experience in workplace relations law across both the private and public sector.
