The ordinary business of the meeting shall be:
- To confirm the minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting, held on Wednesday, 1 November 2023.
- To receive the Secretary’s report on the activities and transactions of the Association for the 12 months to 30 June 2024.
- To receive and consider the 2023-2024 financial statements of the association in accordance with section 94 of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic).
- The election of Officers and Ordinary Members to the 2024 National Committee of Management.
- Other business.
